Thinking of a few other things... There are other things to check, such as tie rods, alignment, and wheel balance. Jack the vehicle up one wheel at a time, and see if you could wiggle the wheel. It should be firm. If not, then inspect all of the front end parts for wear. Rubber bushings dry out after a period of time, and start to crack. You usually hear popping noises when this starts to happen.
Also, does it pull to one side or another when you apply the brakes?
