Who makes the audiophile system? Any help is appreciated. Thx!
There are 2 tweeters on the front doors just opposite the rearview mirrors on my '05 FEH W/Nav 7 speaker system. Two front, two back, 8" subwoofer and the two door tweeters with the stock installation. Now that you mention it, I've read post from newer model owners that said the 2 tweeters were installed as a combination of the front speaker locations. Most likely you can confirm this by taking off the covers of the front speakers to verify a combo speaker. I don't have any information on any of the sizes except I have a 8" subwoofer according to my order guide. My system sounds excellent with the separate tweeters up higher on the doors, but I'm sure the sound is not as good on the lower combination installation if that's what Ford did. The 320W stock Audiophile should only have two channels, I've never heard it was a 5.1 channel or anything else. I'm pretty sure Visteon still makes the Audiophile System for Ford.
