I used to work for an autoparts store, that pipe should've came with the new pump, and if that pipe isn't in thier "HELP" section, which I dont think it is, it is "dealer only", just take it up there and show'em, they'll know what it is... I believe it's some kinda heater return line anyways it's not repairable... For the bolt just take out one of the old ones and match it up at the store... Never leave a bolt missing especially water pump pulley or even mounting bolts... Forget the one you dropped.
