That line shouldn't be much more than $20. Where exactally is it rusted at? Is it those press in types with the o-ring deal or is it thread on? You could just cut off what would leak and install an oversized rubber heater hose in place of the bad section with 2 clamps on each end... Or if all else fails JB Weld it, you're gettin rid of it anyways and so forget the pulley bolt lol.
