ahh, I think you mean the power sliding door... I thought you meant the normal passaenger door. If this is tru, try this. Disable power sliding doors (button on dashboard). The doors are now like manual sliding doors, close the door. Does it latch/lock shut? If so you need to calibrate your power sliding doors. The procedure should be in your owner's manual. Then you should be good. You will probably need to recalibrate every time you pull the battery out for an extended period of time.
