wise146 Junior Member Join Date: Jun 2008 Posts: 5	Egr Valve I have a 2004 mercury montery I am posting this question here only because my van was built by ford my engine i am told is very similar to the ford exploer I was told by the dealer today my EGR valve needed to be replaced along with 12 other trouble codes in which a majority of them i research and found out that they were "bull" but the list of codes I paid $102.00 for i can't find the EGR code here they are C1288, U1059, B2795, B2039, B2519, B2523,B2589, B2592, P0304, P0316, P2004, P2006 I know that the ones that start with the B I THINK ARE "BULL" WRONG KEY CODE ETC. IF ANYONE CAN HELP please THIS DIAGNOSIS i GOT FROM THE DEALER AND THEY WANT OVER $600.00 TO MAYBE FIX THE PROBLEMS
