Default HELP! 95 Windy Won't Start

Where to begin..alright well last weekend I had the fuel pump in my Windstar replaced. I then drove to Austin and the car was working fine but during the week as I was heading home it died on me. The fuel gauge shows half a tank left for the amount I've driven it seems like it should be lower (broken maybe?). I replaced the fuel filter (the mechanic did not replace it when he did the fuel pump) and put a gallon of gas in the car but it still won't start. I know the fuel pump is working because I can hear it whirring when I turn the car to ignition but it turns off quickly. When I replaced the fuel filter, no gas came out of the lines (I was expecting it to come shooting out) but anyway I put a gallon in afterward. The fuel pump reset switch in the back cargo area is already pushed down. So there's fuel, pump has power, fuel filter is new, and when I try to start it, it's cranking like it's going to turn over but it doesn't start up. I know the spark plugs are working and the starter too. Alternator is fine and battery is new.

Anyone have any suggestions? I'm using the bus for now but I need my van working..This van is driving me
