Here are two actual photos of the rear A/C unit.
The first one is just a shot of the cover taken off.
The second is of the vacuum actuator that has vacuum applied to it. It pulls down on the little blue lever (it kinda looks white) and that changes the direction of the air from the floor to the roof.
When there is not vacuum, or the actuator is broken it will stay in the heat mode and direct it to the floor.
