Default 99 Windstar A/C Compressor Removal

My a/c compressor recently borke, pulley that holds the belt came loose and I was told it cannot be fixed so I am in the process of removing my compressor so I can replace it with a new one and put the belt back on and have it recharged. My problem is that I don't see much room where I can get the compressor out from where it is mounted. I can remove he bolts and hoses but what is the best way to get it out and put the new one in? Do I have to remove something else to make space to get it out? If so what is the best thing and easier thing to remove? Any info is appreciated...
