 compressor removal
I am working on a 2003 Windstar and I am in the same situation you are. I have all my bolts out and lines off but cannot get the compressor out. I removed the bottom radiator hose trying to slide in out the bottom corner but it keeps hitting a little corner of the frame. I am searching for the proper way to remove it, but if I don't find another way by tommorrow afternoon I;m going to take a cutting torch to the corner of that frame. please post anything you find also. I am also having problems getting a new orfice tube back in the line. Very aggrevating vehicle to work on. |
