I'm not sure if loss of turn signal is related but loss of cruise & ABS light may certainly be due to leaking "brake pressure switch": Ford Windstar Recall For ABS Brake Light Issue. -AND- http://www.ford-forums.com/ford-wind...problem-4.html. Good luck.
