Default rims

The Aspire bolt pattern is different. Festivas are 4x100mm Not much is available that is hub-centric with the bolt-apattern/ hub size combo. If you go to a 13" you can run wheels designed for a late 80's to mid 90's Hyundai Excel, but they will rely on bolts to center them as the hole for the hub is larger.

As for tires, don't go more than a 165 width for safety. 185 will rub the rear struts. A 175 will clear the strut but may rub in extreme situations, especially if it has been lowered.

I currently run 13" 5 spoke alloys I bought from Festiva Motorsport 8 years ago with 165/65 13" tires and lowering springs with no problem. In the past I ran some lace- style alloys from an 88 Excel. Biggest problem is convincing the big chain tire stores they will fit.

Make another post know if you need anything else. I've been wrenching on my Festiva for 14 years. I've got Mazda, Mercury, Lincoln, Ford, and have even had Hyundai parts on her.
