Default 93 Ford tempo stalls

Every once in a while my tempo stalls. It used to only stall when I was at a stop. But today I was going about 30 MPH and it stalled and I had to pull over. I added more oil and more radiator fluid but the levels seemed to be ok. Steam was coming out when I opened the oil cap but I assume this is normal? After about 5 min of sitting I got it to start again and haven't driven it since.
