Default 98 can I replace my 4.6 with a 5.4

I have a 98 f-150 with a 4.6 that died after 300,000 miles. I would like to replace it with a 5.4. Will it work if I use the same year motor and not have to change any wiring. I know my motor is a windsor but not sure if it's a 6 bolt or 8 bolt flywheel. It is a 4x4, auto. I hope someone can help me. Thanks
