 99 escort will not start.
Hey, I just replaced the transmission in a 99 escort and now it will not start. I do not have any spark to the the plugs. I went back and checked all of my connections and they appear to be connected properly. This was a used trans and I used the sensors that came with that trans other than the sensor on the shaft for the shift cable and what I assume to the be some sort of speed sensor on the top of the trans by the left inner fender. Other than that I left what was on the donor trans in place although I can't imagine that would have anything to do with no spark. |
