Default Klze Swap

So I did the KLZE swap on my 94 probe GT. I got everything back together and hooked up, the only problem is the car is flooding itself. I have a fuel management system which didnt seem to be working so I switched it back to the stock part and its still pumping to much fuel. I have a large fuel pump capable of 400 hp in. Do u think this would be a problem even with the fuel management system? Any help would be great.
