Default ford ranger 1993 2.3L-blower, doesn't blow enough air...

Hi everyone, I have a 1993 ford ranger 2.3L, and just got the ac fixed. But the

blower doesn't deliver enough air. What can be the problem? The mechanic

told me that this ford model was indeed defective. Is this true? Can it be

corrected and how? Well I'll appreciate any feedback, and advice on how to

better this model.

Thank you.
