Default 2001 E150 5.4L Missing

Howdy all!

I have a 2001 E 150 with 100700mi. About 1000 miles ago I had to replace a coil pack on the #7 cylinder. Just recently my van started missing again. It doesn't quite feel like when the coil pack went though.

Don't know if I'm crazy or not but it seems to miss more when the weather is above 80F. I thought that I might have picked up some water in my fuel stop so I've added some dry gas which I thought helped as it was running much better the next day. It ran well for a few days and then started to miss again. Not all the time, it's quite intermittent. So I added some more dry gas and it seemed to be ok for a day or two. I really notice the miss when I'm stopped and the van is idling or if I'm starting from a stop. But it is sometimes noticeable when accelerating down the road.

Any ideas? It's such a beast to work on I kinda want to get it right the first time.

Thanks!
