Smile Hello

Just wanted to say hello. I'm new to this site, I stumbled across it looking for info on how to remove the exhaust sprocket on the cam of my '99 ZX2. I'm a long time ford owner and ford fan, and on top of owning a ZX2 my dad and I race an 89 Escort GT at our local short tracks.
