Default Same thing, problem solved

I had the same problem twice. Last time I brought it to Ford who charged me $50 to take the CD out and gave me the same line of crap about burned discs, etc. even though the stuck disc was pressed. Anyways this time I bought the U-tool thingy from Walmart for $4 and had no problems getting deck out. But when I tried to disassemble the deck I couldn't find a Torx wench of that size, went to three different stores and no-go. Everybody's got a 10 which is too small and a 15 which is too big, although Sears did have the 10s and 15s in about a dozen different colors but I digress. So finally I just happened to start button pushing and I pressed and held the load button, it ran through all the disc positions, and suddenly recognized the stuck disc in slot 1. Not sure if that's a typical experience or not but it worked for me.
