Default help identify parts

Hi,

This pertains to '95 Windstar LX...
I was wondering if somebody who has the service manual could tell me what the official name of the following part is.

My steering fluid is leaking out of this pipe that is in front of the radiator. It is not a hose but a metal. I suppose that the best way to describe it is to note that this pipe looks like a flattened coil.
I think it maybe a pressure hose, but the word hose kind of throws me off since it is a metal pipe not the hose.
I am including a sketch for reference.

post a reply or send me an email if you know!!!

thank you,
