You should try first changing your plugs and wires plus air and fluel filter. I you have already done that try removing your MAF sensor and cleaning it, some pleople say it has better results if you clean it with windex (I´m not sure of this) or try sprying it with ECOM spray.
Your engine doesn´t missfire does it? If so, it could be a bad timming problem.
