Unhappy 2002 Ford Explorer AC clutch cycles on and off, blows warm air

I have a 2002 Explorer that blows warm air. Had it checked by the dealer and an independent shop. Both said same thing, that they couldn't find a leak but added a pound and half freon. Paid $93 two times now. It worked for after freon add both time then back to blowing warm air. Compressor clutch cycles on and off every few seconds. Don't know what to think or do.
