I would just make one out of a steel Brake/Fuel line and connect it with hose clamps, or even better just buy a small aftermarket Automatic Transmission cooler. The aftermarket Automatic Transmission cooler will do the same thing as the original one but will keep it cooler and will look much better, just make sure you get the smallest one or one that looks about the same size as the original line.

I found you one here, it is actually a power steering cooler.
