Yep, it's a fairly common issue.
Are you going to do a 3L swap or just fix your 2.5?

If you fix it, run 6 1/2 quarts of oil as it will help with, but not eliminate, the oil starvation issue.

An Accusump Oil Accumulator will solve the oil starvation issue, it costs about $380.
