I'm also having a vapor lock type of problem with my 80 Bronco, it has a carb, not fuel inj. We have changed fuel pumps and now has a elec. fuel pump, new coil complete tune up, rerouted the fuel lines and the exhaust pipes and it still is locking up. After reading some on the new fuels that are coming put of the gas stations today, I'm thinking that I have a fuel line closing off when the truck is hot.
