Its a kit to adjust caster and camber the ones from the factory are fixed or non adjustable.As your vehicle wears or gets older you need to adjust it to keep in spec.Lets say 2-8 is in spec it would be beter at 4 but 8 is in spec as well as 2 but would wear tires faster.
