I am in a similar situation, 94' crown victoria passenger side window won't go up. When button is pressed I hear the motor (I think) and nothing happens. It doesn't help that the circuit (i think) controlling the windows and locks has been acting up lately. Is this something I can fix myself or would I be better off taking it to a mechanic? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
