Default Sayin Hello

Hey everyone, I am new to this forum, and had no idea anything like this existed. It looks like there is alot of good info here, and some good advice, as well as good people to go along. I am a bleed ford blue guy, that really enjoys the restoration hobby, that wishes I had deep pockets would not come up so close to empty all of the time. I am currently in the process of rebuilding two cars, a 71 Torino GT, and a 69 Cougar XR-7. The Torino is a AZ car, with no rust, originally a 302 car with disc brakes a/c and a c-4 auto trans. It now has a newer 351W, that was installed by the origianal owner. I am the second owner of this car, and have and intensions of putting a 1969 460 Thunderjet, in it with a c-6, that came out of a 69 lincoln, but I also have a big block toploader that came out of a 68 390 powered Torino.. 365 horses stock and 500 lbs ft. It is a bench car with the shifter on the column. I have also purchased a hideaway headlight grille for it. The Cougar, is a M code car 351W 4bbl. C-6 auto trans. It also came with disc brakes, a/c, a tilt away steering column, rimblow steering wheel, leather buckets, and a floor shift. Currently has no motor, (that's how I bought it). It has some rust in the rear quarters, but is overall in pretty good shape. I am also only the second owner of this car. Due to the fact that my pockets, are not very deep, and are still pretty close to empty, I must choose between one or the other. I am putting the Torino up for sale. It is a very clean car, runs and drives, and comes with everything I have bought for it over the last two years. I would like to get somewhere in the ballpark of 5500. for this car. If you know of anyone that has interest in owning one of these cars, this is a great start, That needs very little attention. Please email me with any leads you may have, at sprdadd@comcast.net. Thanks and I look forward to spending much time, on this new site.
