Tonight they came back, and then this time it told her to "Safely Pull Over and Shut the Vehicle Off"

Any idea on what can cause this? I've done about 6 searches but haven't come up with anything concrete.

OF course it was about 85 monday night, only 55 Tuesday morning, and now about 92 degrees when it told her to shut it down.

Thanks a ton, Scott
Hi Scott

Early '05 FEH have a problem at about 50,000 miles with the ME pump that cools the DC/DC converter and eCVT. More than likely this is your problem and the pump may need replacing. My Ford dealership Tech as well as many other '05 FEH owners have confirmed what you are describing and had to have the pump replaced not under the warranty protection for about $500.

Good Luck
