If you have the cassette adaptor you cannot tune the radio to a frequency to listen to your ipod. Most likely the tape deck is not able to use the adaptor. There are ipod adaptors that use radio frequencies that can be obtained. Those are the ones that you tune to. Does not hook to radio at all. You could always purchase an aftermarket Cd player like I have for around 150 like a pioneer. Some of them have the adapter on the front of the radio. I you want installation advice I can help. I have the same car.
