I had the same problem, I am in the process of putting up a guide on how to fix that, it is a very simple fix.
If you want some insight it has to do with the clutch being worn off, so the way that I fixed mine was to take the clutch off and remove a washer that was put in place to keep the correct spacing between the flywheel and the clutch of the compressor. Removing the washer will shorten the gap and get it work engage again.
The reason it doesn't work after 10 minutes is because the compressor shaft expands from the heat and the gap is too far for the magnetic field to pull the clutch.
