the fuel injectors will not open unless the engine is running...pull the diagnostic codes...look for the female diagnostic plug maybe by the strut mount..its a triangular shaped connector with like 6 wires attached, no male connector..right next to that diag. connector should be a single wire with a female connector at the end...connect a jumper wire from that single wire to any good ground then turn the ignition key to the run position (dont start the engine)...look at the check engine lite right below the speedometer ...should be flashing out a code(s)...watch the flash sequence twice then write down the codes...an example is: 2 quick flashes followed by a couple seconds pause followed by 3 more quick flashes would be code 23...other codes may follow ..if not it will repeat..once you know the codes go to batauto.com and check out the trouble codes |
