First, remove the radio (you need special tool from auto parts store ~$10) and pull out the ashtray all the way. Next, remove 2 screws at the top (viewable after the radio is removed) and 2 at the bottom of the woodgrain panel (viewable when the ashtray is pulled out. Pull the panel out of the dashboard and mark and remove the wiring connectors. Remove the bulb holders and replace the very small bulbs (available at auto parts stores, I got mine at Canadian Tire). Installation is the reverse. Good luck. Don.
