Raise your vehicle and support it using jack stands remove both front tires as this makes it easier to get at the radius arm. If your van is equipped with sway bar remove all 4 15mm bolts from the mounts. Allow that to drop down. There are 3 15mm bolts holding the radius arm mount to the frame remove those. On the actual arm itself is an 1 1/8" nut remove that. the radius arm mount will drop down enough to allow you to remove the inner bushings. Replace them in reverse order in which you remove them. Replace the mount and sway bar bolts.
