Possible but you would have a heck of a time with it because it entails many facets of mechanics and electrical plus charging the system with Freon. IMO not a job for a rookie so take it to an after market AC place and let them do it. The brakes aren't that hard but I'd have a certified mechanic supervise your work because you are messing with a number one safety item there and a mistake could be quite costly in many respects to a wreck or possibly serious injury or death to you or others. A fan belt breaks and you can deal with that. Your brakes fail and you are in deep yogurt. Think about it; is it really worth it? Have it done by a certified mechanic and ask them to let you watch and they probably will.
