You said you replaced the tumbler (where the key gos in?) if so the ignition switch is on top of the column, pull the shroud, lower the column, and the electric switch is held on with two nuts. that might be it, also have you checked the wires at the solenoid?
a couple of those are fuseable links, see if they look melted.
