There should be a Schrader Valve on the RHS of the fuel rail. Get a Haynes Manual 36034. If you do not have a valve, you are going to have to plumb one in where the pressure line meets the rail. You should have 65psi. If its higher the Pressure relief valve is shot, less and its the pump.

Test the ignition using a spak plug tester, if its all OK, then you will have to check tthe camsaft timing andfor that you WILL need the manual.
