Default How do I lower Ford Aerostar

What would be easier to use smaller springs and shacoks(front is coil over suspension and rear is just the spring with the seperate shock) and do it that way or use air bags to lower it, or do I just put on a body kit and be done with it? What is the ceapest way to do so?

Also, if anyone knows of any power upgrades (besides intake and exhaust) let me know!!!! cause I would like a little more go with the show.(stock motor-3.0L V6 making around 195-215 HP)

Thaks in advance
