I read in Ford Forums to spray WD-40 on the latches.
After I sprayed and waited, no results.
"I jiggled each and every latch up and down (from the inside manually) and
cut off the sentinel lights (i.e. delay switch under the steering column) and also the interior lights as well.
Know I see what women mean when they say "I think I am going to have a BF!
If that does'nt work there is always the option of disconnecting your battery.
I also read in the owners manual that after 40 minutes, the battery saver in 1998 Expys kick in and automatically shuts everything down, including the inside/outside and runner lights.
I had no patience to wait and see. |
