Have you ever drove a vehicle with a 4v cleveland? Back when I worked at the parts store a fellow co-worker swapped a 4v cleveland into his 85' f150. One day when my car was down and out he let me take his truck out for lunch.

All said and done.. FORGET THE CRAP ABOUT THE 351C NOT HAVING ANY TOURQE. The truck had 2.73's and an AOD with a factory convertor. The truck ran great and pulled great in town. I have never ever drove a truck that moved like that. I would even say that the truck could pull a trailer up to its rated GVRW and do just fine.

If you haven't actually drove a car with a 351c 4v then don't knock it. They aren't that bad for a street car. With the market expanding into newer heads and aussie heads things are only going to get better for these engines. The truth is canted valves and semi hemi heads trump the windsor any day on all fields.
