Default Please help--Anyone know where the Trans computer is for a '96 Auto?

Our auto trans died. They say it's probably the computer...but I can't find the computer for the life of me. Anyone know for sure where this is? I've found the engine brain, airbag brain... No luck finding this transmission brain. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
