Default Windstar Vibrates when backing up

Hello,

When I put my 2003 Windstar in reverse and backup, the car vibrates noticeably then it goes away. This vibration does not happen when in drive.
I just picked it up from the dealer and where the transmission was serviced.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what could be wrong?

Thank you.
