Default suspesion question i think

need help its a 2003 escape trying to drop the i call it the trailing arm .the arm thet the rear axle goes throgh and it holds the coil spring in place. well how do you get it off the frame i got the bolt out and the nut cap part off and now nothin moves im lost on how to get the bushing oiut any help would be great thanks
