Thanks for the response. That's totally my impression too. I was trying to level with the tech doing my job.I'm asking all the obvious questions. He basically said that the pads they put on were the "updated" pad. What that tells me is that they are well aware of a rear pad issue and now have changed them to something else. I will contact customer service because something is obviously amiss here. I will update.
