Default Installation Details of Serpent Belt /w AutoTensioner

Does anyone have any idea how you replace the autotensioner for the serpentine belt?

I know a little but it does not seem to work right.

With the Tensioner Loaded and the pin in place I installed the tentioner and pulled the pin.

Every thing apeared fine after a short one block drive the belt was loose again.

Thanks in advance for any tips or suggestions.
