The factory fills the crankcase with 5W20 and that is what is recommended when you changed the oil. Synthetic, semi-synthetic or natural oil, it does not matter. (Full synthetic will get a tad bit better fuel economy, but probably not enough to justify the cost of the oil.)
Oil change interval, by the book, is 7,500 (unless you drive in severe conditions).
Just do it !
