Default Changing hub assembly on 2001

HELP!!!!!!!!!! I am trying to change hub assemblies and I am having a time getting it done. I have taken out the pinch pin, but the arms are not going to be cajoled to come down so I can pop the hub assembly off. Any tricks, tips or ideas???????
