'95 Thunderbird Help ok so its been maybe almost a year since my car first basically died on me.
the head on my passenger side was warped, thing is i had no way to fix it so its been siting. but where i live the car is parked in common space, so i have to move every few days or it gets towed, ntm the battery obviously will lose all its juice. so yesterday i had to get jumped cus i left it to long, all i herd was this loud knock noise and then the car started, well while im parking the car..i suddenly notice white smoke coming out the back end of it. im like ohhh lovely. i've been to a couple mechanics, one was a ford hater..which was a big waste of my time, he just told me to scrap the car. but thats just bull, he proceeded to tell me he'd take it off my hands, im like yeah im sure you would. my car is the 1995 40th anniversary thunderbird lx with the 4.6L v8. im just wondering , cus i kno im damaging it more everytime i start the car, but its either that or it gets towed. how much damage might possibly result from this? am i going to have to get an entirely new engine now? before the smoke, all i needed to do was replace the heads and head gaskets..im just wondering if i made the situation worse. any insite you might have is greatly appreciated, just Please dont tell me to scrap the car, i cant stand to hear that again. thanks in advance for your time and help!
