if the wires match the colors I mentioned, then your best bet is to remove the covers for the steering column and solder the wires back to where they came from. They lead up to the clock spring. The clockspring under the steering wheel will have the plug that plugs into the steering wheel. From here all you will need is a matching steering wheel with the cruise control buttons to make the cruise control work again.
